Free above seventy-five dollars. Flat six dollars below that. Seren ships in seven to ten business days; Elysian, in four to six weeks.

The quiet part_
Your package is on our minds until it reaches yours.
We track every order the moment it leaves us. If a package goes quiet mid-journey, we notice before you do — and we reach out before you have to ask. Getting your piece there on time is not something we outsource to hope.
When there's a deadline
If the piece is a gift with a date attached — a birthday, an anniversary, a holiday — write to us at hello@peacepieceshop.com before you order. We will prioritise your packing and tell you honestly whether the date is reachable. If it is not, you will know in time to make another plan, not on the morning of.
Delivering on the right day
If the piece is a surprise and you want it to arrive on a specific day — so it's not sitting on a stoop when the recipient is out of town, or so the moment of arrival matches the moment you have in mind — tell us the target date when you order. We will hold the package in our workshop and ship it to land on the day you choose, weather and carrier willing.
Adding a handwritten note
If you would like a handwritten card to go with your gift, send us the words you want written when you order. We will copy them in ink, tuck the card into the packaging, and keep pricing and receipts out of the box.
For something truly special
For milestone moments — a proposal, a decade anniversary, a first gift for a new grandchild — our standard packaging may not be what the moment asks for. Write to us, and we will source a vessel worthy of the occasion: a handcrafted keepsake box, a vintage jewel case, a piece of craft that becomes part of the gift. The piece stays ours. The outer vessel becomes yours.
This is offered case-by-case, quoted separately, and paid on top of the order. There is no standard price — because there is no standard occasion.
What happens after you order_
The order, step by step.
- You receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.
- Within one or two business days, we pack your piece carefully and hand it off to our shipping partner.
- When the piece leaves us, you receive a second email with the tracking number.
- Your carrier takes it from there — usually five to eight business days to arrive, depending on distance.
Orders placed on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend begin processing on Monday morning. We do not ship on Sundays or federal holidays.
The journey_
The full timeline, start to finish.
- Packing at our workshop: 1-2 business days
- Carrier transit within the continental US: 5-8 business days
- Remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii, rural ZIP codes): up to 10 business days total
- Weather delays and carrier backlogs can extend any of the above.
We do not rush packing. A piece that has been hand-made carefully deserves to be packed the same way.
Tracking_
How to follow your piece.
As soon as your piece leaves us, you receive an email from Peace Piece with a tracking number and a direct link to follow its progress in real time.
If you did not receive the tracking email, check your spam folder first. If it is not there, write to us at hello@peacepieceshop.com and we will send it again.
Carrier tracking updates are sometimes slow — especially the first 24 hours. If the tracking has not moved for two business days, that is still normal. If it has not moved for four, write to us.
Need it sooner_
When a deadline is real.
We do not offer a standard expedited option at checkout, because holding ourselves to a faster timeline would mean compromising on how carefully we pack.
For genuine time-sensitive situations — a gift with a hard deadline, a birthday you forgot, a ceremony — write to us at hello@peacepieceshop.com before you place the order. We will tell you honestly whether we can meet your date, and if so, prioritise your packing and choose the fastest shipping service available for your destination.
We cannot guarantee carrier delivery speed. We can only guarantee that we will do our part quickly.
If the address is wrong_
Mistakes happen. Here is what we can do.
- If you notice the error within two hours of placing the order, email us immediately. If we have not packed the order yet, we can change the address at no cost.
- If we have already packed or shipped, we cannot recall the package. If the carrier returns it to us (because the address is undeliverable), we can re-ship to the correct address at a flat six dollars, regardless of original order value.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. A small minute of attention there saves a larger delay later.
If it's late or missing_
When tracking says "delivered" but it isn't.
If the carrier tracking shows your piece was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Wait 48 hours. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a day before they actually arrive, or leave them with a neighbour.
- Check with household members and building reception. Many "lost" packages turn up.
- If it is still missing after 48 hours, email us at hello@peacepieceshop.com with your order number.
- We will open a carrier investigation on day seven after the delivered-but-missing status. If the carrier cannot locate the package, we send a replacement piece at no cost to you.
If tracking is stuck in transit (not delivered but not moving), give it ten business days before reaching out. International-feeling US logistics are often just slow.
Outside the United States_
A temporary limit, not a permanent policy.
Peace Piece does not currently ship internationally.
This is a temporary limit, not a permanent policy. We are a small brand, and we would rather get the US experience right than stretch thin across a dozen customs regimes.
We expect to open to Canada first, likely in late 2026, followed by the European Union. When that happens, it will be announced on this page and in our letters — not with fanfare, just with the new option appearing at checkout.
