Shipping policy

Every commission ships tracked and insured, worldwide, at no additional cost for standard delivery.

WHEN IT SHIPS — a commission takes about six weeks from the day you approve your design. This is studio time, not shipping time: painting, firing between layers, and the final photographs you approve before anything leaves. If your piece will take longer, we tell you as soon as we know.

PRIORITY SERVICE — from four weeks, in your hands in as little as five. Four weeks is a hard floor set by the craft itself: enamel is fired many times, and glass must cool between firings.

DELIVERY TIME — once shipped, most destinations receive their piece within 5–10 business days. You will receive the tracking number the day it ships.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES — international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. If a package is returned to us because duties were declined, we will contact you about reshipping.

IF A PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT — every shipment is insured. Write to us at hello@peacepieceshop.com and we will handle the claim and make it right.
